Don Picard, Chief Executive Officer

Don has more than 25 years experience designing, developing and deploying telecom software applications. He was the fifth employee of Boston Technology, Inc., where he worked for 11 years as Systems Architect. In this role, he was responsible for the overall technical direction of the company's products, as well as serving as technical lead and consultant for major customer accounts. He is an inventor on many patents in the fields of distributed voice messaging, voice applications systems and systems bridging traditional telecom applications with the Internet. As the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Informio, Inc., he architected and deployed a nation-wide network of carrier-class VoiceXML platforms. He was also the architect of Informio's VoiceXML applications, including SpeedMail, a VoiceXML and WAP application for telephony access to enterprise messaging systems. He is a graduate of Cornell University.

Jade Chang, Vice President Customer Service and Quality Assurance

Jade is responsible for both Customer Service and Quality Assurance programs at Common Voices. She joined the Common Voices team in 2002 as Director of Quality Assurance. Prior to joining Common Voices, Jade served as Director of Quality Assurance at Informio Inc., where she implemented its software release process, and managed feature and performance testing for Informio's VoiceXML applications, including SpeedMail, a VoiceXML and WAP application for telephony access to enterprise messaging systems. Prior to joining Informio, Jade was Vice President of Development for Fixed Income Trading, Risk Management, and Quantitative Research, at Massachusetts Financial Services (MFS). Jade has a Master's degree in Computer Science, from Southern Illinois University.

Tom Ellam, Director of Sales

Tom is responsible for developing new business opportunities for Common Voices in both the Carrier and Enterprise markets. Additionally, he will work with Common Voices existing accounts to explore additional opportunities for our full range of products and services. Tom's experience includes 15 years with Nortel distributors and software partners as well as network sales experience with TCG, Verizon and WorldCom/MCI. Tom earned his MBA from Babson College and his Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

Carol Langer, Director of Finance

Carol has more than 30 years of experience in the financial management of leading technology companies. She was most recently the CFO of SolidWorks, a developer of 3D mechanical design software where her responsibilities included strategic planning, financial reporting and mergers and acquisitions. Carol also served as CFO of LTX Corporation, a $200 million public company in the semiconductor test equipment industry. She was CFO of Boston Technology, Inc., where she played a key role in the financial negotiations to merge with Comverse Network Systems resulting in an outstanding return to BT's investors. Earlier in her career, Carol worked at KPMG Peat Marwick as a senior audit manager
